Four whitewashed buildings sit around a 55-metre pool, with complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas on the sand below. Matsuhisa Paros brings Nobu-style cooking seasonally. The concierge handles restaurant bookings and island planning with care. Rooms at the lower end are tight; suites with plunge pools and the Infinity Suites, set 200 metres from the main hotel, are a different experience entirely. New, well-located, and best at the higher room categories.
