Flemings Mayfair

London, England

City Hotel Michelin Key, Condé Nast Traveler Awards, and Travel + Leisure Awards
Worth Landing On

Originally a terrace of thirteen Georgian townhouses dating from 1734, Flemings Mayfair has been independently family-owned for over 40 years and has been welcoming guests since 1851. Agatha Christie reportedly used it as the model for the hotel in At Bertram's Hotel. The interiors blend Art Deco glamour with Georgian bones, warm, considered, and distinctly un-corporate in feel. Rooms and suites are available across a range of configurations; some rooms are on the smaller side. Manetta's Bar has been a Mayfair haunt since the 1930s. The Drawing Room serves afternoon tea daily in partnership with the East India Company. Ormer Mayfair restaurant is on site. Green Park is steps away and Buckingham Palace a short walk beyond.

Worth Landing On
