Lush gardens and a pool looking out to the mountains, just outside the town of El Valle de Antón and overlooking the valley, inside one of the largest inhabited volcanic craters in the world. Rooms open onto balconies or porches with hammocks, with garden or mountain views, and family suites have two bedrooms. Breakfast is included and generous, the owners host an evening happy hour that brings guests together, and there's a restaurant and bar on site.
