A three-night long weekend on Nassau's Cable Beach, with a waterpark at the centre of it: towering raft rides, freefall slides, a wave pool and a surf simulator busy from arrival. The beach, jet skis and golf fill the gaps, and evenings move to the casino and a long list of restaurants across the property. High-energy all the way through.

A milestone birthday for a group with kids from 10 to 20, which called for a waterpark resort close to home.

Best For Families with kids who want the waterpark at the centre, not groups after a quieter pace.
  

This trip was organized by my husband's brother to celebrate a milestone birthday, a multigenerational group with a mix of kids' ages from ten to twenty and adults. A waterpark-focused resort with plenty of other activities became the natural choice to keep every age happily occupied.

Ages in group: Adults (30-65), Young Teenagers (12-15), Older Teens and 20s, Tweens (8-11), and Older Adults 65+
